The chapel is now closed for Court Leave due to the restoration and refurbishment of the chapel’s organ and the redecoration of the chapel’s interior. We were deeply saddened to receive the news that one of our former Chaplains, The Reverend Prebendary Bill Scott CVO passed away earlier today. Bill was Canon Peter Galloway’s predecessor and after being our chaplain from 2002 to 2007, went on to be the Sub Dean of the Chapels Royal until his retirement.

On 27 November in a private audience with The Queen upon relinquishing his appointment as Chaplain of the Order, Canon Peter Galloway was invested with the Insignia of a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order.

Due to commitments elsewhere the Chapel will be closed from 11.45am on Wednesday 27 November.
